My home was a flip 7 years ago, and I purchased 5 years ago. The bathroom is odd - it seems that they bought whatever they could get ASAP so nothing matches and the overall look is ugly. It is functional but it could use a serious upgrade. I would also love to add an exhaust since this is an older home the only way to vent is through a window which is too cold for my kids during the winter.
