Blue Pacific / Shore Juniper late fall planting

Would it be okay to plant (I mean move from nursery container into the ground) Blue Pacific juniper now (mid November)? I'm in northern Virginia. Soil temperature is still mid 50s. I think guidance is that as long as the soil is still workable, it's generally ok to plant things even through the winter, but I've seen some mention of waiting until spring to plant junipers/conifers. I'd kinda like to get some of these into the ground before winter really sets in if it'll be ok. But if waiting until spring is the way to go with these, that's what I'll do. Anyone have some experience on this point?
