I recently moved to a new house and wanted to showcase some paintings I bought in Thailand as the centerpiece. The canvases are too small for the space. I was thinking of doing wainscoting around them to make each piece seem bigger and paint the interior the Dorian grey the same color as my island. The wall

color is agreeable grey from SW. Do you think that will help them take up the space? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. [the paintings are not centered bc I need to get them redone but hung them up to give you an idea of the space). Thanks!!
