A color consultant helped me pick out the color for this living room/ dining room. It’s now Swiss Coffee. She suggested painting the front door Porch Swing, which is a green color. I have green as an accent colors in this space and throughout my house. At the end of the hall is a room painted in Porch Swing.

I’m a little nervous to commit, but at the same time I’m thinking I should paint the whole alcove area in Porch Swing. Go big or go home, I guess.

The alcove area houses a shoe bench, that I would also paint in Porch Swing.

I’m nervous to pull the trigger, though. If I don’t like it and repaint it Swiss Coffee, it’s going to take a lot of recoats.
