It's beautiful, but the coffee table is too far away and the rug a bit too small.

You should have about 18" between the coffee table and the edge of the chairs.

Larger scaled everything ( including rug ) needed with those high ceilings. Roman shades or ? On the windows idk. Everything looks too underscaled ....

I agree with K Laurence - if you are able to purchase some larger pieces that would match the scale of the room - that would be better.

Awesome and great job. Here are a few more things you can do for a big impact.

1.) move the white bench directly across the room to the opposite side of the rug.

2.) Place matching chairs (with a side table between) in place of the bench. this will more appropriately fit the scale of that wall.

3.) you need a much bigger rug. The front of the furniture at least should all sit on the rug.

4.) move the couch away from the wall a bit, and the coffee table closer to the couch

5.) you need two luxurious panels of drapery, one on either side of your window. Run a rod underneath the two little windows on top and have panels on either side of the collective window unit. Were you planning on drapery on the window with the couch? I wouldn't have both dressed but I almost think panels on the other window would make more of an impact and leave the window by the couch undressed.

Again, bravo!
