Same with my trees.

Im Z6 and most of the trees have already lost their leaves with the exception of my cherry tree (20% leaves left) and my jap Plum which still has 50% of its leaves left.

I find they are one the last to drop their leaves (usually my plum lose all leaves at about the same time that the willow trees in my area lose leaves).

They will fall after a hard freeze for sure.

In live on the 8b/9a line in Louisiana, and have about a dozen different stone fruit trees, and have noticed a good bit of variation when each type drop their leaves.

newly planted trees seem hold leaves longer in my experience
