kitchen window/sink centering question

Hi all,
How should the main sink and windows be centered? We are planning on a 30 inch sink with 3 windows that are 24 inches each. The counter in that side is 14 feet. Should it be centered on the counter, or take into account cabinets (not quite sure how that corner cabinet space will work and the island. So number 1 or 2? (Or a 3rd option I haven’t thought of!). Thanks!!
