Can you share pictures of your room? People will have a better idea of your style and can suggest ways to incorporate that third colour in your scheme.

In the meantime, how about a red and teal pillow for your bed?

Or perhaps you can have red shades on your bedside lamps? Or red bedside tables? Or teal drapes edged in red? Or vice-versa. Usually it's budget that limits the imagination. :)
