Gardening in Shade Garden Name That Plant!

Found this in the shade garden of a new home I just purchased. It’s winding around the ferns and and other plants. Not sure what type of plant it is and how aggressive it is. It seems every planting in the landscaping was very purposeful. Thanks in Advance

I believe it's the invasive Lygodium japonicum. If you are gardening in the US, it can be a problem.

I have seen the native Lygodium palmatum in the mountains here in North Carolina.
