Several times I have seen the cabinet pulls installed horizontally for doors making them look like drawers, or you guys think they are drawers?

I have to say that I like the look, of all "drawers" and only have vertical pulls under the sink but not sure what they are

Are these besides the range with horizontal pulls, doors or drawers?

The one here perpendicular to the open drawer, I'm assuming is another really big drawer?
