Happy Thanksgiving to all. No shopping for me on Black Friday either, but I did treat myself to the daily special jelly roll on Missouri Star Quilt Co.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! No shopping for me, I'll be at work on Friday and I don't normally shop on that day anyway.

Thanks, Theresa. I hope your Thanksgiving several weeks ago was nice too. Like Bev, I stay away from the stores on Black Friday. Holiday greetings to all of you on the forum.

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving, y'all!

No shopping for me, unless I get a wild hair and decide to hit my LQS and add to the stash. :)

We usually put up the Christmas tree and outside decorations on Friday.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. No Friday shopping in the stores. I might check online but don't really need anything. Plan to do a little bit of sewing. :-)

Hey, Bev! I don't think it's selective to the South. I'm pretty sure it's slang I picked up in high school when I lived in Kansas. It means 'itching to do something.' :)

LOL, we are always saying our cats "get a wild hair" when they go tearing around the house. :)

I sent DH off to his family gathering yesterday and had a nice, quiet day by myself! I did a few chores, but mostly read a book and worked on a sweater I'm knitting. It was very nice.

I'm working today, but no shopping for me, either. My goal between T'giving and Christmas is to not go to any stores except the grocery.

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Mine was relaxing with family who traveled from Chicago and Knoxville. No sewing for me, but I did go out in the afternoon yesterday. Shopping was pretty low key...all the early birds were finished. Normally I don't venture out, but my sisters wanted to go. Have a great weekend all!

As usual I ate too much, but that is ok. I do not do black Friday shopping, for anything.

I kept my wallet in my purse and my money in my wallet, plus I kept my sanity and did not shop or even go out on Friday. Yesterday I did shop online for some new threads at Red Rock Threads and got free shipping for orders over $39. They still have that promotion on now until midnight today.
