My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The medicine cabinets were custom designed by me and built in the field, the lights are quite expensive, (as I recall about 1500 each) from England...if you would like more info you can call Dave at SIMPLY HOME in Falmouth, Maine. Thanks for the compliments, this is an amazing special room! one of my all time favorites!
