I have always had problems with my refrigerator freezing food. If the food is next to the vent that blows cold air, it freezes. If the food is delicate w/a high water content like spinach, it freezes. If the food is too close to the back of the fridge, it freezes. Drives me nuts! I literally only use 70% of my fridge space because of this.

We are renovating a kitchen and have been offered a free Thermador T361B800SP fridge, from a family member, with a pull-out freezer. It's not currently installed, so I can't test it out. So can someone tell me if this also freezes food that's in the fridge? Anyone have this?

The online description says it has dual compressors, but I worry about the vent pictures below. I wonder if it'll end up freezing food on the top shelf.
