so, you chose the cabinet color based off the sample card? you never saw them painted? are you sure you rec'd something darker? what do the sellers say? do they say that your cabs are indeed Divinity White? or are they another color?

I would also advise you to switch out your bulbs to something in the 4000K range for a less yellow tone. I can already tell you your current bulbs are very warm and are making the cabs look 'dingy'.

yes, you can change bulbs in the cans. pull out one of them, take it to a lighting store (not home depot) and ask for something in the 4000K range in that size.

take a door out in the noon day sun and compare it to your paint chip.

if they gave you the wrong color, then they owe you a giant discount or new cabinets.

but I can assure you that if you change out your bulbs, they will look a lot whiter.

as for backsplash, you have to narrow it down. shape, size do you want color, modern? glass?

there are prob 1 million white and gray kitchens on this site w/marble quartz countertops. look through those parameters and see if you like anything. otherwise, I could show you 50 options

LED can still have a bulb that can be changed so do that first.
