My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is 1x10 beveled cedar siding, STK grade, with a semi-transparent stain by Olympic. The colour is #905, "Cinder". This stain is readily available (in Canada). In this case, we specified the stain and it was machine coated to all sides by one of our local mills prior to being shipped to the site.
