There's no Monstera borsigiana but there is a type of Monstera deliciosa that is often referred to as variety Borsigiana. One of the best ways of telling which is which is to check where the leaf stem joins the leaf blade. You need to get a photo under the leaf, also a photo of the complete plant would help. But being one and the same species there should be no difference in the fruit.

Thank you both for the ID! I've been reading about var borgsiana for almost a year and didn't know the only Monstera I've had since June was just that. Of all my indoor plants this winter, it's the best. Of all past winters it's 2nd behind an ivy plant I had.

Some time back I had a small indoor ivy that did great no matter what the season was. When a vine got too long I cut it, put it in water, when it got roots I'd plant it in the pot it originated from. So I eventually had a really thick hanging plant. I don't recall what happened to it, but it was the best indoor plant I've ever had as far as growth rate, health, and ease of care.
