Master bathroom

Hi,
We are building master bedroom bathroom and I have a dilema about which color to pick for my bathroom vanity.
I have picked a nice cement like tile that has green on it.
This is the floor tile and the vanity we will be getting but white or grey, that is the question

I guess I am confused what is the green tile for? How does it coordinate with the floor tile pictured? Not really picturing a green tile with that floor tile. You say green tile and I think white vanity but with your floor tile the gray is a nice contrast. SO where does the green come in?

With that floor tile, i would say gray vanity, but im also confused as to what is green?

    Sorry ladies,

Ahhhh makes so much more sense LOL! So where will you be using the gray tile? Shower? Backsplash? What are the counters?

The tile is for the floor the counter will probably be white Carrara quartz. We are using marble subway tile for the shower walls and the hexagon marble tile for the shower floor

if the whites work together, I'd personslly go with the more timeless white vanity. but, the grey works nicely.
    hard to work from screenshots..

Unless you have a sample of the tile and samples of the vanity paint colors, you will never know if they go together, or not. I cannot tell you how many times I got samples that did not resemble their internet pictures.

With that decorative floor, I would not introduce another strong pattern with the hexagon tile. The trend now is to tile the main floor and the shower floor in similar tile so there's no harsh interruption between the two surfaces. The materials aren't complementary either--marble is elegant while cement tile is rustic. Use a matte light gray porcelain mosaic in a 2" square and white ceramic subway tile.

I agree, there are too many patterns, subway, hex, the floor tile. I'd probably keep the hex and the subway and change the floor to something less busy.

Lovely. I think the gray vanity will "stand out" more against all your whites. White is timeless , but remember in the end the vanity is just paint and can always be changed with more paint. What metal are you planning on using (faucets, hardware, lighting)? Will there be a tub? If so will it be free standing white or encased in tile as well? Chandelier? Sconces? Over Mirror lighting? What type of mirrors? Sorry I know it is a lot of questions but they all factor in to choosing that vanity color.

The grey vanity will look much better. Give it a little pop with some brass hardware. All your fixtures should be brass, any type of stainless/chrome finish will just blend into the vanity/walls.

Well too late I had to cave in and give my husband some saying in all of this so we already bought the fixtures, they are chrome.
I have already bought the floor tiles and that is the one thing that I am not changing, in fact I am building the bathroom look around those tiles. I am from Southern Europe and it reminds me of home.
We will not have a tub just a walking shower. I was thinking about walnut rectangular mirrors with rounded edges and sconces although I could also add a light fixture
