framing question...due to some obstructions we cannot line up our top and bottom plates to be continuous 8ft for both. bottom plate will be 8 ft but top plate will broken up. is it better to try and line up bottom and top plates to end at the same location or stagger them so u start another 8 ft top plate about 4 ft in over bottom plate?
