I don';t think a full bathroom plus W/D will fit into the space considering that almost half of the space is dedicated to circulation.

Thanks Suki for your i/p, was hoping there was some way to squeeze things in...would it be possible to have a stall shower+w/d+toilet along the wall where there is w/d currently? And have the sink/vanity on the opposite wall (in the space betn the 2 doors when they are open inward)?

Attaching a better version of the existing floorplan.

I am open to moving the wall between the 2 rooms i.e. move half the wall of the laundry into the room such that the area neighboring the closet would become part of the laundry, if that helps!

I don't think you could get them to fit because you need 30 inches for toilet and 30 inches for vanity and shower needs to have inside dimension of 30 inches. So, you are at 90 inches leaving 29 inches for a stacked washer/dryer of 27 wide, however that does not account for shower framing. Even if they would fit, the space would be very cramped and not a good investment.

You could do a half bath and laundry combo by replacing the cabinet space with a toilet but if the house is on a slab, the drain work will be quite expensive.

You do not want to hamper circulation by putting the sink/vanity on the wall between the doors. Besides, it would be very odd to have the bathroom visibly open to the exterior door.
