You leave all that alone... do the framing, get your electric in, etc all rough inspections and you can put drywall up.

Unless there is some sort of local requirement you will have to follow that, if not, you good to go.

The last few basements we did in newer homes, which had insulated foundation walls, we didn't need to do anything as insulation goes, framed everything up and after rough inspections we closed everything up.
