Have you thought of colour matching your wall to the bedding? A paint store can you help you that. What brand of paint are you using? What colours have you rejected and for what reason? If you share pics of your room and its exposure, perhaps people will have suggestions for you.

What is your headboard like? And what shades are you considering?

Will you be keeping the lighting? Asking because the type of lightbulbs you use will affect your paint colours so if you have any plans to change that, I'd do it first before choosing the paint colour. Follow HWALMAY's advice for trying out the paint colours. Paint boards and look at them throughout the day. Home Depot can help you match the paint to your bedding if you want. But don't obsess about finding the "perfect" colour - it's just one wall and most of the time you spend in this room is in the dark. :) Good luck! I like your bedroom furniture, btw.

I would put the primer on all the walls now. Then,do test boards (you can use poster board, two coats of the colour) of your three fave blue shades. Pick one, it will work beautifully. Why? Because blue typically is very forgiving and friendly with other blues and because your headboard will push the blue away from your bedding. Are you keeping the chair rail and planning to paint different colors above and below it?

If you do change the bulbs and go from incandescents to LEDs, you might have to try a few before you get lighting you like. (Speaking from my experience and that of others here who've switched to LEDs.)

As for matching the paint to the bedding, that was simply my suggestion to winnow down your paint colours because I interpreted your post as one seeking paint colour help. Rereading it, perhaps I was wrong. :)

Are your samples from Benjamin Moore or Behr because they will not apply or look the same on your walls? With such a dark color use a Flat finish

The scale of your lamps should be larger.....27"-30" tall

I also wanted to go indigo or navy but was afraid of going so dark. I chickened out and went a little lighter. Don't second guess yourself. I wish I hadn't. It's okay but not really what I wanted. My husband is going to put up crown molding too. The colors are a little off it looks more yellow than it really is.the area to the side is Jakes room with my dog collection.
