Quickly dry paint samples?

last modified: 7 years ago

I'm choosing between 2 paint colors I have small paper samples of. I'm going to the paint store early in the morning and pick up liquid samples and I want to verify how each color will look in the house instead of relying only on the small paper samples.

I have a painter ready to paint on short notice and I don't want to lose a day waiting for the paint to dry to the final color.

Should I buy a couple small pieces of drywall from Home Depot that I can take from room to room or paint over the existing walls?

Should I use a hair dryer to quick dry the paint or is there a better method?

What's the best way to get this done quickly?
