I am interested in your company due to the contemporary designs. I would like to have a home built in St. Louis County. I understand that regulations are strict but am looking for less than 1000 square foot and 2 bedroom. Do you have any experience with this size home? Assuming a majority builder grade materials, what sort of price range would we be looking at?
