Is this what I think it is.

This staghorn pup came from a friend of mine in the summer. I mounted it on a plastic basket with sphagnum behind it and it lived on my porch and flourished. Moved it into the sunroom for the winter 2 months ago. I was away for a couple of weeks and came home to this. Is it scale? I think it is but not sure. It had one brown scale on it that I flicked off. All the rest is powdery looking specs with some fuzz in places and a few bigger white things that look to me like the male scales as I’ve seen pictures.

there is no sticky stuff at all. I removed it to outside as it was sharing space with my Phals and other houseplants. I’ve never had scale before and need to id it so I can proceed. It doesn’t appear to be mites or mealy bugs But can’t be sure. thanks.
