I don't know what a Blue Rose is. Any chance of either a more complete name, or a pic or both? Hard to help w/out a pic, diagnosis-wise.

I've seen this happen on a few of my succulents that have had to adjust to changing light levels. There was one area in my yard that got shade instead of sun when the season changed and the leaves on one of my thick/larger leafed succulent started bending downward (to increase surface area and absorb more light) and had some cracks like yours. I moved it to a brighter area and the leaf bending/cracking seemed to stop. The cracks seemed to be mostly cosmetic damage as the wounds had calloused over (eventually they grew out).
