We’re redoing our kitchen and I am hitting a wall with the ceiling/trim colour compared to our cabinetry. The cabinetry is off white, ikea kitchen (bodbyn) and we’re painting the walls BM classic gray oc23, the trim and ceilings in the rest of the house are BM gallery white which is white with a touch of grey and it looks amazing with the rest of be home but makes the cabinets appear obiviously off white/yellow. It’s a semi open floor plan so if we pain the trim an off white then we have to do it all over the first floor and I’m not crazy about that. What have others done in this situation? Or is it normal to have white trim and off white cabinet or does that appear too stark? Let me know your thoughts and opinions, advice.
