Fireplace stone name and supplier

I apologise for asking this, as I know there were others that asked it.

I cannot locate the supplier if this stone. Your response stated it was Three Rivers Ledge Stone.

Could you provide contact info? I would like this for my fireplace,

The stone came from Sepulveda Building Materials in Laguna Niguel.
