My husband and I have a small ranch. The basement has been refinished and we need help designing this space for multi use for us. We would like to have a master bedroom suite that has an area for relaxing and watching TV and office space. We are both retired but have a real estate business we manage and have home health aides to care for his mother 23 hrs 7 days per week, who occupy the main living area. The space is a large L shaped area, there is a small bathroom with a shower. There is also another room we use for a spare bedroom and large closet. There is also a storage area and laundry room. We are mainly interested in tackling the L shaped area for us. During the NY winters we are inside so the space is important to us.
