My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi Again,

Do you know what floors these are? We are in the design phase of building a new house on Maui, and it will be modern plantation. Are you by any chance working with a lady by the name of Andrea on Maui?

    Aloha Amy, This home is on Kauai, and I did the interior specifications & design. Don't know Andrea on Maui. The wood floors are a white-washed distressed oak. Good luck with your Maui home :).

    She is building a house in my neighborhood, the house down from me! Can you let me know what you charge for design work? I have built a few homes, but I want this to be my last!! I do pretty well with design, but I am no expert. We are submitting plans next week, so no rush. I would love to bounce windows, doors, flooring, and roof off of you.
