If someone here doesn't have what you are looking for, you might try one of the tree seed companies like Sheffield's Seed Company. They have a wide selection. They'll let you know what the stratification requirements are for each type of seed. You can even use the advanced search function to find seeds that don't require stratification, if that's what you want. And, the prices are very fair.

Yes, it would really help to know where you are, so we can advise you based on what climate you're in. Some trees will grow much easier than others where you live.

Zone 4-5 will only tell us how cold it gets in winter, but soil pH and moisture are important too, and we can take guesses at that if we know your location. For instance, my brother and I are in the same zone, but since he is in Colorado where he gets something less than half the precipitation we get here in NH and has soil pH very different than my very acidic soil, we don’t have much overlap in plants.
