Do you mean the wall with the mirror or the blank wall?

Personally I would take down the mirror and install open shelves. If you like the mirror there for the shine and light reflection, use a mirrored tile behind the shelves.

If you mean the blank wall, just art. Not alcohol-related (imo).

If your goal is more storage, what about a corner hutch? They aren't terribly popular at the moment so you might find one inexpensively that you could jazz up. I'm thinking stain to match your cabinets, maybe cut holes in the bottom shelf so there is access to a garbage can and recycling that you keep in the bottom cabinet, wallpaper or paint the back of the top section. It will store a ton of glasses and/or liquor.

They do have the bar mirrors that have built in glass storage. I used one in a right space and it worked great. I agree a corner hutch would also work!

What about shallow depth cabinets ?

Upper cabinets are half depth so you just install them full height. They are perfect for glassware and bottles. Leaving the upper centre open is a great idea even for just a cute poster.

Do you need more storage or are you just trying to fill up the unused space? Consider hanging shallow upper cabinets on the wall, with the bottoms just above the white molding. The shelves will be adjustable and you can store anything there. The top can be a piece of stained and sealed wood or a simple counter.

If I had built the home I would have done it differently, more like a breakfast bar. We have a huge wine fridge sitting in a storage room and I can’t fit a full size refrigerator so I’m just trying to figure out how to use the space and have it look nice. Right now it’s just “blah” and boring

What about a great wallpaper then put a few higher shelves for possibly some glassware. You can pick a theme and colors. But bold and interesting. I will find some ideas/concepts.

Was thinking shiplap on the back wall...probably black...and maybe cement tile on the bar

I love Flo's and Anthony's ideas. You need color and storage to make that space stand out.
