There are no floors in the house, only dirt? And you are installing wood exterior doors? And drywall, cased opening jambs, and trim? If this is truly the state you are at expect many more issues....................

outside yes, inside there is playwood floor everywhere just final tiling and hardwood floor left, which usually done at the end anyways

Nice exterior façade. I see your sidelights match the garage and other windows. I think you could continue that with the door(s). You'll need some drawings of different options to help decide. . . . .I don't see solid doors for your home given the open feeling of everything else.

OH, I was thinking the pic above was inside the house. After I blkew it up I see that is a dumpster and outside.. Yes I agree with Dan, nice facade. Personally a horizontal single glass door and (2) sidelites would be my pick as the solid door doesn't work for me either and in cold climates (snow) a double door is not the best either in my opinion.

Cross Rails are to tall in comparison to your other doors and windows by thge looks of it. I would attempt the same cross rail height.
