vanity lighting help!

I am looking to replace these frosted glass covers with an updated clear glass (maybe with Edison bulbs.) I can’t remember the maker of our fixtures but below are pics of what I need to replace. They are 6” in height and the square at the top (fits in fixture) is 2.5” square. Any ideas??
