No, I don't have photos. There are two large windows, one facing west and the other south. The size of the room is approximately 12x14. He has a desk, two chairs, credenza, armoire, small filing cabinets and book shelf.
He is a clock "nut" and has several antique clocks on different surfaces, plus one hanging behind his desk. Currently, the room is painted on the top half and wallpapered on the bottom with chair rail molding. I am looking at grass cloth for the bottom half, preferably dark or painted.

Navy is fine, if that is one of your husband's favorite colors, but I would not paint all the walls that color, because it would be too dark. Instead, use a rug that has some navy in it (solid navy shows more lint), and perhaps paint the bookcase navy. If the bookcase is stained wood, you can just create a navy background for the objects in it with paint, paper, or cloth. I'd put your husband's clock collection in the bookcase, interspersing it with books. You didn't ask about lighting, but indirect light is the best thing for someone working on a computer. That means using an uplight like a torchiere to bounce light off of the ceiling, and using translucent window treatments (or horizontal blinds) that allow in soft, diffuse light but block glare.
