This room is an unsual dimension. I'm trying to figure out the best furntiure layout to support fireplace viewing and resting while simultaneously allowing room for television viewing. All existing furniture can stay or go, no preference there. Would like to keep the new furniture purchases from Room and Board or a similiar furniture chain where it can be obtained easily (West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, etc). Any help, suggestions, or supporting images anyone can share would be appreciated. As you can tell, lighting is an issue too, so any lighting suggestions would be appreciated as well. The bottom image shows the view visitors first see when arriving to the home. It is the view from the front door. We are thinking about adding a sliding barn door along this wall. Thanks!!!

Just an FYI, We are leaning towards a darker floor (hardwood or dark gray carpet) and white walls.
