1. Painted the kitchen walls and cabinets, changed the countertops/backsplash, replaced ceiling cabinets with pendant lights, and replaced the existing peninsula (still waiting for the butcher block top)

2. Added baseboards and replaced most crown moldings and window trims

3. Painted the walls, ceilings and fireplace cover

4. Gutted our small master bath and replaced the tub with a standup shower

5. Added recessed lights and changed light fixtures

6. Changed out some wacky DIY closet doors from the previous owners
