My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We are a small mfg in Northern California. We make our components are made from sustainably harvested Port Orford cedar from southern Oregon. It is the hardest of all the cedars.     I don't but it could be a opaque pigmented stain mfg. by the Flood Co. The sains can be tinted to match any color.
