You have a full window which seems to get a lot of natural light. My only concern with that green in particular isnt actually the depth of the color but rather that it seems to have a lot of gray in it more like a sage green which can really suck up light and look dull. You might be better off with purer green. What color is the carpet exactly it is hard to tell from the photo.

I personally think a basement bedroom is a perfect place for a darker color. Your bedroom will be cozy and conducive to sleep. We recently painted our bedroom SW Sea Salt and I can't believe how light it is when we sleep - I'm contemplating going dark because of it!
