Looks starved for light, it's not doing well. Does the pot have a drainage hole?

Not enough light and looks like it may be flowering which is a shame as it has not produced pups to grow on after it dies post flowering.

Too little light.

It's very etiolated due to lack of light and it may be about to flower too, as sg says, which produces a long stem. If it is going to flower it will die afterwards
