What to do with island cabinet doors?

We are in the process of extending our kitchen island and I am at a loss for what to do with the new doors (shown in picture) since the opposing side is original cabinets . Any thoughts or suggestions how I can make this side look like it belongs?
The new counter top will be Caesarstone Calacatto Nuvo and the island will be painted BM Chelsea Gray with the remaining cabinets painted White Dove. Help!
