Analysis Paralysis on Induction Ranges

We finally made the decision to move from gas to induction with our new kitchen remodel. It's only going to be a 30" since it's just the 2 of us and I can't remember the last time I needed more than 4 pots a time. He bakes, so consistency in the oven matters and a decent broiler is important for me for cooking.

The wall space is limited so a cooktop and separate oven isn't really an option.

We went to our local dealer and looked around, but they didn't have a lot on the floor. The salesperson said the GE Cafe was one of his favorites. We ruled out the Wolf because of the touch controls (and the blue enamel issue didn't help). I haven't seen any recent reviews on the Dacor induction, but I loved the old gas one we have used in the past. He said they get a lot of service calls for the Jenn-Air and Bosch is hit and miss.

Miele possibly could be on the table, but I'd rather spend that money elsewhere, like a custom walnut counter for the island and a good hood since he roasts coffee in the house.
