Generally speaking, the door supplier will install. Finishing is a whole other "skill" so I would hunt for a good person on this. Especially in your climate. You will probably need special final coatings to protect against moisture. Try checking people who refinish wood on boats! They know what they are doing, especially with salt and moisture conditions. Of those two doors you posted, I prefer the frosted glass. You get light inside but privacy.
