I am building a small pantry closet outside of my actual kitchen. Interior space (wall to wall) will be approximately 22”w x 24”l. The door will likely be a standard 80” or 84”. What is the best way to create the interior?

1. All solid stationary wood shelves
2. Upper shelves wood shelves and 2-3 lower shelves/drawers that pull out

The 1st bottom shelf will likely be 20” from the floor to allow for larger items. And I have an Elfa door organizer from Container Store to hold smaller items.
I’d prefer not to have the vented wire shelves, just for aesthetics.
