I know this sounds like such an easy thing but I am new to apartment living. I have a balcony ... fortunately for me there is no-one underneath me though I do have the carpark entrance ... I want to clean my balcony but need some advise on how to manage the water run off. I do use organic and natural products. There is concrete underneath .... if it was a nature strip then at least it got watered. I live in Brisbane Australia and the Summers are hot (30-33 degrees celsius on average).
