My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I am not familiar with that variety of pear, but I have a number of pear and persimmons. Branch trimming so there isn't cross-over and ventilation and encourage production. And protection of the trees from bark stripping (depending on your critter types). Overall, low maintenance, normally a dormancy hair cut (branch cuttings now).
In my limited experience Keifer pears are not as prone to over fruiting and splitting as some other varieties of pear, so they can be left to their own without too much risk of major limbs splitting, though they can get scraggly if left un trimmed. Most varieties of pears and Persimmons do better when planted with a second variety as a cross pollinator.
I only have Kieffer and Orient and both are prolific growers even in my crappy, rocky Ozark soils. I did mulch around them on top of a weed barrier (cardboard). Maybe one of the most important things is caging them with 5 ft welded wire or remesh to protect from deer eating and rubbing, and escaped cows..and around here armadillo digging.
Read up on fireblight and keep an eye out for that during the rainy spring months. You probably shouldn't fertilize too much if any. Prune a bit to allow airflow and sunlight, and spray for weeds around your trees.
