Hi -

I have attached the asbuilt design of our new home and would like to add an entryway. What is the recommended best / most cost effective way to do this. Attached are two of my ideas (if we move the kitchen, we could likely reuse all cabinetry). I'm on a limited budget since we just bought the house - the photos are from when it was stage and I'm not loving the location of the dining table (maybe could live with this though). The island is over-sized and there is also a beam that cuts through the room that makes some options challenging. I think with some minor adjustments and an entry, the space will be much more inviting. Thanks for the help!
