I have a plant that is a little bigger than I'd like it. I had ordered the pot online and it was bigger than I thought, but the plant (Mona Lavender) was up to the task and filled it in completely. I don't think I want a Mona Lavender plant this large forever. I'd like to move it to a pot that's just a little smaller. Not sure what the roots will look like, but I could attempt to trim them... Do you think this oversized plant can survive the move to a smaller pot? Or do I need to propagate a cutting and gradually move it up to the pot size I do want?
