Help identifying dining table

I was wondering if anyone could help identifying any information about this dining table.
The top is an octagon shape, which measures 48" across. I could not locate any markings anywhere underneath the top of the table.

Thanks for your help.

Nice veneered octagon table....most furniture was not marked.

Looks nice, but need some pics of the underside construction to be able to give even an approximate date.

Thanks again for all your responses. I opened up the table and got some more pictures of where the table opens up for the leaves, as well some markings on side of the leaves and the underside of the table where it extends. The table is 48" in "diameter" when closed, and 114 inches long when fully extended with 3 leaves inserted.

The leaves are stamped "Made in Spain" and there is also a "26" stamped on the side of the leaves, and a "5" on the extending frame.

Please let me know if any of these pictures shed any further light on manufacturer/identity of this table.

    Thanks so much.

To be honest, I suspected when I saw the first photo that this table wasn't an antique. The shape of the base and the gilded acanthus leaves just didn't look right for an antique. The "Made in Spain" stamp pretty well confirms it.

Perhaps if you trawl through the websites of Spanish furniture manufacturers you will find your table.

The square headed bolt may be a clue. (I assume it is a bolt or lag screw,)

It has a Hollywood Regency feel to it. Very glamorous! I hope you plan to keep it (and have dinner parties).

Thanks, everyone. I'm actually trying to help a family member find a new home for the table. He doesn't know anything about its origin, but he recalls being told that it was very expensive or valuable. Of course, without any identifying information, I'm not sure what to make of that...

It was no doubt expensive at the original time of purchase as it expands to a large table none of which are cheap at any time. However it is not a style that is popular at this time along with most people do not have room for the extended table which will reduce any value.
