My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Linda. Thanks for the question. It’s approx 9’0” wide by 12’0” deep. This allows for 24” of counter both sides and 5’0” walking space to move around. The depth is more dictated by what you have in mind for storage, sink & prep.

    Hah! Easy peasy. Open up Sheetrock, or mount prior to Sheetrock into the studs for support. Brackets can easily be found online. Don’t over think type of bracket, anything steel will do the job. www.federalbrace.com is a good place to start.
