My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I really love this look. These look like repurposed windows? I'm assuming the glass was taken out? Also, it looks there are stabilizing chains at both the top and bottom of the windows to keep them secure and not swinging around. Could you verify, please? Thank you.

    Thanks for liking this fun idea. Sorry for the slow response time. Yes the glass was removed from the windows. There are small chains on each side of the top and bottom of windows preventing them from swaying in the wind. It really gives you an outdoor room feel. In this case it also doubles for added safety because of the drop off beyond the framing.
